It's usually not until I'm fully involved in the repair process that I learn what the heart of the problem actually is. Like todays repair for example. The customer brought me 3 bikes to work on, each with unique problems that needed attention.
I thought it might be interesting if I posted a very short video so you could see what I'm talking about. Perhaps you might store this little bit of info in the back of your brain for future use.
